But I don't know about the movie, though. Looks like they are jamming a heck of a lot more into that story than I remember reading... but I'll see how it is when it comes out.

Have I mentioned I love Lightroom? Just a little. Of course the sky was already blue with pink clouds - I just made it MORE pink and blue :) Ahhhh...

I got a new lens today! It's a Canon 85mm f/1.8 USM and I'm excited to test it out in different situations! I went out for a few minutes to get this shot and nearly froze to death. That wind is deadly!

Day 64

Today we did a few errands and then spent the rest of the day watching tv in bed! We watched the movie "Paul" (with Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and the voice of Seth Rogan as the alien, Paul). It was good!

Mousey was sleeping at the foot of the bed most of the time, looking super cute, as always. These are his sleepy eyes :)

Day 63

I was having a not-so-good day, so I was planning on taking a pretty simple shot of me with a bummer look on my face.

But when I sat down on the chair... I was instantly surrounded by kitty love. My babies sure know how to cheer mama up :)

It was a foggy morning today! I love foggy days! I took a whole bunch of photos down by the lake this morning and I'm uploading the rest of them to facebook :)

We got a big snowfall this morning - huge flakes! The roads were all slippy and several cars nearly crashed along our short drive to work. I spent the 5-minute drive taking photos, haha.

I saw the sun coming up today! It made my morning a little happier, even though I had to get up early.

Today was quite rainy. We had a very lazy/sleep morning, and later went out for supper at a place called Neighbour's (that we used to go to regularly when we lived in Dartmouth) as an early Valentine's dinner. Happy (early) Valentine's Day, my love!

Man, this shot took a long time to get. Still not totally satisfied with the turnout, but it was the best I could do today :)

PIZZAAAAAAAAA! I've been off work for 2 days, as I have Strep throat (again), so I've mostly been consuming popsicles, ice cream, and liquids. Tonight I got a huge craving for this awesome pizza with cheesy bites for a crust... so we got it!

We had another visit with baby Emma today! And once again, she was asleep the whole time - haha. But I guess a baby who sleeps well is better for the family :)

HAHAHAHAHA! I love how Cuddles' whiskers are smooshed down and look like an old man moustache. She appears to be really sad in this photo, but this was just a split-second pause in between her rolling and flailing around on the carpet like a crazy cat.
