I walked to AND from work today! Woot!
I also got to try out my new wrist strap for my DSLR and I love it! It's got a cute stripe pattern on the outside and a nice fluffy inside against my wrist! It's nice and small so I'm not trying to wrangle the big neck strap if I'm not actually wearing it around my neck.
I took this in a nice patch of light on the way home. I'm trying to get back to my original reason for doing this project - to see things differently and more positively. To stop and look closer at the world around me :)

This was my DELICIOUS lunch today! A chicken Caesar salad with hot chicken, and garlic bread! I want a second helping!!

These are outside my work. I spent my last break outside on a bench today and it was so gorgeous. The sun was incredibly warm - it felt like a big blanket around me! I love that feeling...

Sometimes it takes a very long time to get to a point where you can do that, and I do speak from experience. But I know we all need to be able to look in the mirror each morning and love who we see.
So I gave my mirror some ASL lovin' today, and I'm sending love to all of you, too. :)

Had a great night last night with some awesome people from work! I had plenty to drink and it was fantastic :)
This little doggy is Lily (seen from behind), and although at first she was quite skittish, she eventually hopped up on my lap and we became friends!

... she might also be eying all that delicious snack food on the table, but I'm not sure :P

You should have SEEN the weather we had today! It was sunny when I went to work this morning, then it poured and thundered and flashed lightning while I was at work all day, it calmed down a bit for me to get home, then it suddenly started hailing (massive hailstones!) for 3 minutes, then torrential downpour for 5 minutes, then sun again!
