I use Lightroom, and I basically took this paintbrush and painted over the photo to decrease the saturation (remove all the colour), but painted around the fishy so he kept his orange. Made a few lighting tweaks to brighten it up, cause he was partially under a table... and voila :)
Alright, I'm curious, how do you get the fishie to have colour but everything else to be black and white?
